Intellimize is an AI-powered platform that helps marketers personalize and optimize their websites in real time to increase conversions—without heavy reliance on code. The marketing team approached me to help elevate their brand and improve the overall website experience.
Over the course of a year, I worked closely with their team on multiple initiatives. We began with a comprehensive brand refresh, introducing a new color palette, typography, iconography, and a custom illustration style to better reflect their innovative technology and dynamic capabilities.
Once the visual identity was solidified, we shifted focus to the website—addressing usability issues, aligning the design with the updated brand, and improving the user journey. In this case study, I’ll explore the key challenges the team faced, what drove the need for change, and how we approached solving them through design.
Digital Ads
As part of our brand refresh, we tested the new identity in a practical context by designing social media ad templates. These templates showcase our updated colors, typography, product illustrations, and graphic elements.
Website Refresh
he brand refresh focused on modernizing the website’s look and feel. The previous design—characterized by dark black backgrounds and a single green accent—came across as too dim and heavy. To create a more inviting experience, I introduced a brighter, more vibrant color palette while keeping green as a consistent brand element.
In addition, we updated the typography to improve readability. The original use of Epilogue for both headlines and body text made the content difficult to digest. I introduced Manrope for body text, a cleaner and more legible choice that complements the display font while enhancing the overall user experience.
Product Illustrations
One of the most challenging yet rewarding aspects of this project was distilling a complex product into clear, accessible visuals. To do this, I dove deep into understanding the product’s capabilities and translated that knowledge into simple, engaging illustrations. The visuals shown below were created for the "How It Works" page, designed to walk users through what they can do and accomplish with Intellimize—step by step.
